Office Manager and Executive Assistant

20-40 hours/week | Fulton, Missouri

Call Me Liz is the management company for Beth Snyder’s brands: 1canoe2, Hemlock Goods, Court Street Custom Fulfillment and Court Street Properties 1 and 2. This position will work with people and projects for all companies.

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Office Manager/Executive Assistant reports to the owner of Call Me Liz. They will be responsible for:

  • basic bookkeeping

  • bank transactions

  • office supply ordering

  • record keeping

  • paperwork like insurance claims, audits, and sales tax filings

  • any other professional or personal tasks as requested by the owner. These may include running errands, picking up kids from school, managing a calendar, monitoring email, etc.

The position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, and requires independent analysis, decision-making skills and using prior experience, knowledge of company policies and procedures to resolve non-standard problems.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task while managing  your time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.

  • Develops and documents process improvement solutions. 

  • Strong ability to exercise good judgment, initiative and discretion.

  • Pleasant disposition and positive attitude mandatory.

This position is based out of the 1canoe2 studio in Fulton, MO (remote positions are not currently an option). Typical working hours are 8am to 5pm but could be very flexible based on your preferences.

  • Salary: range to be determined, opportunity goes up commensurate with previous experience. Range starts at $15.

  • 15 days Paid Time Off for sick/personal/vacation per year, do not roll over
